🔘 How long do campaigns run?
Most campaigns run up to 14 days, but you can customize the duration.

🔘 Can I select or contact creators directly?
Not yet—our team matches your campaign with verified creators.

🔘 Do you guarantee engagement, views, or streams?
No guarantees are provided. Performance depends on creators and their audiences. [The exception is the Engage Plus campaign that runs until guaranteed views are reached]

🔘 What happens if the content doesn’t follow instructions?
Non-compliant submissions are rejected and refunded.

🔘 Are refunds available?
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If creators have already been paid, we offer campaign credits or reallocation of funds instead.
